Abstract

The analysis and the design foundation of a certain machine represent an
engineering problem, requiring thorough solid knowledge structural in dynamic and geo–technical engineering. The vibration effects specific to the machine– foundation–soil foundation depend on the active dynamic characteristics of the machine and on the passive dynamic characteristics of the foundation and the soil.
